Vodafone India — Bill dispute for account no:[protected] | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam My Account number is[protected] .Pathetic Experience I am using Vodafone Service since 2.0 years & now I come to know That Vodafone is making fool to their customers. I got A bill For Above Number Stating For Internet Bill Usage of 2, 425.16 Mb.Which I never used. When I Asked For The Justification Vodafone customer care Executive is saying that this is a Corporate Plan They Don’t Have Access to Account . I am very disappointed by the Executives Need an Appropriate Reply As Soon As earliest. I Believe Vodafone Serves The Best. But After This incidence I lose my faith From Vodafone. My intention is very clear I “ll only Pay Which I had used not a single Penny above That. Still I m not getting any call from Vodafone team & Mr. Sunil Sood try to help me out and resolve my bill issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||
