[Resolved] Vodafone India — Bill generated on no outgoing or incoming calls [protected]/[protected] | |||
Hello, I bought Vodafone number on 16-Jul-2014 after 5 days my outgoing calls are closed when I called they told me due to negative verification services are closed I asked them for re verification they have forwarded my request but no response for re verification then on 24-Jul-2014 I went to Vodafone store for this complaint they also submitted my request and saidyour verification will complete tomorrow I waited for few days but no verification done and when I called to Vodafone customer care they in manners guys disconnected the calls many times even today Ankit was talking and he also disconnected the call I have all the recordings with me because I recorded the calls when I talked to Vodafone executives. Well after no response from VodafoneI again went to Vodafone store and asked them for the delay they asked for new address proof I have given them new address proof and purchased one more new number then after 5 days that new number outgoing calls are also closed when I called they said address not found. Well now tell me one thing my outgoing calls are closed incoming calls are closed Why will I pay the bill for holding the sim with me only after so many calls they are not taking any action so is there my fault? They are just making money nothing else I will not pay the bill only keep the sim in my purse I want wave off and immediate action on this. Start my services or closed these numbers. I wen to Vodafone store last week but there was no one to attend the customer only one girl was there and all executives were inside the room I asked her for my query she said wait for 10 minutes I have waited there for 45 minutes but no one was came out now you tell what should I do if you guys are not responding it means we are fool so using your services and paying you. Still I did not get any response from Vodafone they did not take any action against my complaint can anyone help me please to sort out this issue?
