My Internet plan is of 1gb monthly rental of 250rs.since I have received messg that my Internet limit has been exceeded I have taken two addition add on plana of 250rs.still my Internet limit was exceeding. So I called Vodafone helpline 199 and have spoken to the customer executive almost 4-5 times in a month to advice me best plan for Internet as my bill amount will exceed this way. Executive just advised me take a add on pack which I had already taken and I have also taken 4gb place from next billing cycle. But after a month when I have received by Bill it was almost 5times more than my normal bill amount. I again called the customer care now and complaint them that why they didn't advised me that my bill is exceeding so much even when I was enquiring them regarding the details. My regular bill amount from. Past 8-10 years is 800-1050 but my current bill of May has come out to be 5000 something. That's ridiculous. What's the point of taking service from a network which is not customer friendly. I Have Cleary told the executive that I will not pay this amount even if you will disconnect this no.
