Vodafone India — Bill issued every month | |||||
Dear team, I had received bill from vodafone, but every month i had received more than my bill. I asked them regarding bill amount, they said you had activated vas so it will be added in your bill. But i didnt activate any vas, for every month i called and asked them today also i called them one male only spoken he said this is the 3rd time you activated the vas then call and deactivate the vas, so we cant refund your amount. This is not a 1st time for each and every month am facing this kind of problems. Really lost patience and got stressed. Was this information helpful? | |||||
