Regarding the outstanding payment.
My number has been switched off since july 23/24 2017.
I have repeated it time and again that:
1st : i had international roaming activated on my number on july 22nd, 2017. - if you say that the international roaming was not activated then it is the mistake of the customer care representative who informed me that the activation has been competed over the call.
2nd: since my number had been switched off since july 23rd/24th - how can i be charged for no usage?
A separate email on the outstanding bill states that : as per our records, the last payment received from you is rs. 2459.37, which is credited to your account on 19-jul-17
How can i have used services of approximately 20k inr in a matter of 4 days?
I am not willing to bear the glitch in processed bill. The roaming charges are 16, 540 inr, whereas my number is switched off since july 22, 2017. My number was switched on just for a day while travelling. The roaming charges should not be added when the number is switched off and also discontinued after the credit limit is reached.
I have a track record of almost 7 years with this number.
