The phone was kept on custody in the month of april 2017. Then bill for the months are as follows:
May - rs. 1077.16
June - rs. 1012.00
September - rs. 1159.95
October to november - rs. 1893.91
Phone was activated by the company and had to pay the charges of safe custody 3 times.
Last time the phone had has been put on safe custody was 22nd september 2017.
Have been receiving calls regarding the payment of the last bill since last week and the person on the other end says that i will handle the matter but pay your bill otherwise your connection will be discontinued.
Have complaints in person in the store a few times and every time they say that we have sent the email and your problem will be resolved. Still no resolution.
Being a student it's hard to wait in on long queues to get the same answer of problem being resolved and getting the bill sooner or later.
It's been a mental harassment.
