Vodafone India — bill unpaid | |||
This is with refrence to no[protected], Complaint no[protected]. I got my plan changed in june to 150/- as i just had to use this no for incoming calls regarding my business and havent made any use of internet or outgoing calls but my plan wasnt changed. I had complained a no of times but received no revert. I am been charged upon with the previous plan of 499/- even after complaining and vodafone has still not changed my plan even after three months and have suspended my no without any notice and mistake on there end. Its been 1 and half month now and they have not activated my no telling me it cant be done without full payment. Every time i call customer care they ask me to repeat my complain over and over again without maintaing any record of previous complain and tell me to wait again for 48hrs again and again without any revert ever after 48hrs. They have added interest on my bill without any reason. They have been calling me to pay the bill but still havent resolved the issue. Kindly look into the matter as there has been a very irresponsible and reckless behaviour by vodafone company. Its my business no and it a huge loss for the business and its goodwill. The company has been trying to threaten me telling me its a civil case now. Please make sure that my no is been activated and i am given waiver on my bill as well as compensation by the company for waisting my time and harming the reputation of my business and loss made to it.
