[Resolved] Vodafone India — Bill wrongly generated for last 3 months Jan 2014 to Feb 2014-[protected] | |||
The Internet charges in my bill for last 3 months from January 2014 to Mar 2014 have been generated wrongly. I am paying extra money for a service called "mi_cap_750_30d_promo_3g". I already have 3G plan for 1gb data, which is more than sufficient. So when I got the bill for Jan and Feb, I called to customer care and asked to deactivate the service, but it did not happen. Please deactivate the plan asap, otherwise I have to surrender the connection. Was this information helpful? | |||

Thanks a lot. But I really did not want those discounts. By the way problem got solved, I really appreciate your effort. Next time onwards if you want to activate any promo offer please send us the detailed SMS regarding that.
