Vodafone India — billing | |||
My vodafone mobile no. Is [protected]. As i was to go out to us for 6 months from 2/02/17 to 3/08/17, i had requested for discontinuation of services for the said period of 6 months. Accordingly the mobile was not under use and there was no communication with 'vodafone' during the said period of 6 months. Prior to leaving for us, i requested you vodafone center at bodakdev for ensure that all dues from my side be recovered. I was then asked to pay rs.570.00 towards the dues till 2/02/17. I paid the same on 2/02/17. Now, on my returning to india to my surprise i find bill showing previous amount rs.539.27. I fail to understand how can there be any previous amount when the service was under suspension. All these facts are given to your center at bodakdev about 1 week ago. But with deep regret i have to submit that the service is still not restored. Was this information helpful? | |||
