Vodafone India — billing | |||
I had converted my mobile phone connection from airtail to vodafone for more than two years or so. I also use another post-paid vodafone connection. I pay more than 2500/- to 5000/- every month which is borne by my office. For the last eight days i was travelling to europe for meetings etc. I received a call from one baisakhi[protected], who called on behalf of vodafone asking me to pay 2000/- immediatedly which my office deposited very next day by cash at vodafone office, ideal plaza, kolkata. Again the lady called me and asked whether i have paid. I told her yes. She wanted to know whether by cash or cheque. But as i was out of my office, i told her by cheque, because usually my office pays the bills by cheque. But it was paid in cash. Today, again i got call from her when i was in a very important meeting in a different office. I told her that i paid by cash. She asked rudely for the receipt no. Which was in my office. Immediately after that i found my phone has been made one way. In this context, i would like to state that i have received a bill for rs.-537.85 payable on 2.01.2018. I am surprised to know how could she ask for 2000/- more and even after paying the sum, how dare she disconnect the line. I seek action on your part otherwise i will go to the comsumers' forum or other appropriate authority for redress. Awaited your sharp reply. Was this information helpful? | |||
