Vodafone India — billing issue problem every month | |||
I am manoj koli, vodafone postpaid user ([protected]) from last 5 years. From the last 5 months, my vodafone bill is exceeding from the limit as one add on plan is automatically added in my bill. Every time i complained to customer care, they promised me that it wont happen again, but again in next bill it is added. So every time when bill is generated, i have to call customer care and ask to waive off excess of bill amount. When i complained in customer care, they put me hold for more then 1 hr, giving reason that their senior is not available to solve this issue. So at the every billing cycle, i am mentally, physically and financially harassed by vodafone india. Please kindly look into the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
