Vodafone India — Billing of postpaid number after migrating to prepaid | |||||
I have a vodafone post paid number and recently migrated to prepaid but i keep getting emails every month from vodafone to pay my post paid bills. I have cleared all the post paid bills before migrating to prepaid. I don't understand it all, if i am not using post paid sim at all, then why are they sending me bills to my email id? I want vodafone to stop sending me emails as i have cleared all the outstanding bills on post paid. It is very annoying as they charged me high rates for using post paid service and that was the main reason why i switched to prepaid, but still the customer support of vodafone was pathetic so i stopped using vodafone prepaid number also. I want to close all connections with vodafone and request them not to annoy me by sending emails to pay bills when i m no longer using any of their service Was this information helpful? | |||||
