Vodafone India — Call barrier activated for my mobile number in spite of regular bill payment | |||
I am having a vodafone number [protected], Inspite of regular bill payment they have cut off my outgoing call service. Yesterday, somebody called from mobile number and stated that, My old number ([protected]) bill payment was outstanding, so they cut off this service. I have disabled the bill payment for this number today due to that. It was a year back, i bought a new sim from vodafone, but all i got was a used number, which i could not use it for LPG or any other registration as it was already registered and used by previous user. I started getting strange calls, i stated this to customer support, inspite of multiple complaints from the first week, they could not solve that issue and they started charging me for that. It is clear mistake by vodafone chennai to give me used number, which actually created lots of issue and i lost the money i paid for SIM etc. So I am planning to this properly, as i need my service back and vodafone needs to payback for the service cut they made for the number which i pay regularly.
