Vodafone India — Caller Tune Changed without my request | |||
I am using [protected] for the last many years and I have a caller tuner which people hear when they call me and feel happy. It is flute classic. All of sudden I find on 20th this was changed without my request at all. I contacted your office on 21st four to five times and wasted my almost 3-4 hours without any success. The worst part was when one Ms.Renu asked me to wait and I was forces to listen your advertisement for 15-20 minutes and line was disconnected. Same thing happened with another person--I am forgetting the name. Third time than one nice fellow Vijay came on the line and said he will call back--but no call. Instead another person gives me a call and asked me to give 24-48 hours to reinstate the called tune. Just got fed up. My request was and is very simple: I have been using a specific caller tune for so many years, I am happy with that and am paying for that every month. Why did you change it without my request and why it is taking so long to reinstate it. It is 4 days now. PLEASE REINSTATE MY CALLER TUNE IMMEDIATELY as I have to explain every time a friend of mine gives me call & get confused. Was this information helpful? | |||
