Vodafone India — Calls are barred after migrating from postpaid to prepaid

I was a corporate postpaid customer of vodafone. for changing from postpaid to prepaid I have visited 2 times, because they forgot to submit the form. and when i was out of station my incoming, outgoing and messaging facility is barred. for past 2 days I am trying to fix it. Kerala vodafone store couldnt help me In tamilnadu, vodafone stores are closed. i called atleast 10 times to customer care ; they are saying they have network problem and cant fix it. I cant use my banking facilty and anything related to my number What should i do??????? My number is [protected]
