Vodafone India — Calls barred due to wrong billing | |||||
I recently converted Postpaid to Prepaid which I possessed since last 10+ years . All my dues were cleared at the Vodafone store (receipt attached) Today after 1.5 months my calls are barred by Vodafone saying "due to non payment of last bill". I visited Vodafone store where they too agreed no payments were due and requested their seniors not to bar my services. But since 19 Nov my calls are barred. I request to re-start my services at the earliest possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
