[Resolved] Vodafone India — care executive providing two way talks... | |
Each care executive is receiving the problem info.. And providing a time period of 4hrs, 12hrs, 24hrs... For the problem tobe solved... Some are disconnecting the call and blocking my number.. For not to be get connected to executive people.. From past 15 days.. I had 5 calls to vodafone care..in this 4 person took whole info at times and provided time period for the amount to be credited... Yet it's not been solved.. Instead they are blocking my number.. And each person is letting hang on call for more than 25 minutes each time... Was this information helpful? | |

I am from Hyderabad and I have prepaid vodafone mobile. I have updated SMS service center number but my messages are not going out from outbox

I have not use any data service in this sim still my data show 1GB i have used this pack then midnight my balace was deduct this problem is first and last If this problem solved then okay, otherwise I will have to port my SIM because I have no solution besides this
