Dear sir /madam I have request for change my connection from posstpaid to prepaid of my mobile no [protected] i have personally visit your vodafone new panvel gallry. As per disscussed with your repersentetor mr satyandera my prepaid sim will be activated as on 12 july 2017. I have paid your all due & all documents given at your related office than why not my connection activated. I will not pay any charges (Bill) for this connection.
