Vodafone India — Change in Data Plan, whereas Booster pack was requested | |||
I am using Data card #[protected] since last 2 years with a plan of Rs.299/-, which provides me 1GB at 3G, after that unlimited usage at 64KBPS speed.On 22nd March, I had received a message That I have consumed 1GB data and the speed is reduced to 64KBPS. If I wanted High Speed then I should recharge a Booster pack. Accordingly I had requested for a Booster Pack of Rs.250/-at about 11PM on 22nd March, 2015, which was due to be activated in 4 hours. I had received a message on 23.03.15 at 01.34 PM that my plan has been changed to Rs.250/, which will provide me 1GB data at 3G speed only, whereas my request was, for a booster pack of Rs.250/, as was guided by the Vodafone.Hence I once again request the Vodafone to restore my existing Plan of Rs.299.
