Vodafone India — Change in rate of regular plan | |||||
I have been using the Rs. 249 recharge plan for 3G internet of Vodafone since more than 2 years. Suddenly, today when I did my recharge I am getting 2G service only. The Company suddenly changed the plans and their rates. Who is responsible for this. I require 3G service because of my work throughout the day, it is necessary for me to have that service. Now my money and time has been wasted because this company did not bother to inform me about the changes in the plan rates. If they can't inform their customers about the change how are the customers suppose to know about it and this results in their lose of money. I would like the company to compensate my money. And I am more than happy to switch my service provider ASAP. I just want my compensation or the service I wanted initially. Was this information helpful? | |||||
