[Resolved] Vodafone India — Change of base plan without my consent | |||
Dear Sir This is with reference to my mobile no [protected], would like to draw your kind attention that my base plan had been changed from 'Youth 250' to 'Youth 250 New' without informing and without seeking my consent and because of this I have been charged extra for data usage and SMS. I have spoken to Mr Prashant Bhandari, CS Executive (@[protected]) of Vodafone and informed about the same that because of this plan change, I have been charged extra Rs 1759/- for data and 110/- for SMS. Mr Prashant Bhandari replied that this change is imposed by TRAI. I asked him for reversal, however didn't get any satisfactory answer for the correction in my billing. I am a Voda customer since last 6 years+ and with this incident I am highly disappointed to see Vodafone's unprofessional way of handing such a old customer. Also Mr Prashant was highly arrogant and commanding while discussing with me (Vodafone's customer) which is not acceptable to any standards of customer interaction. I request you to please look into the matter and to suggest the person concerned at Vodafone to correct my billing ASAP. Looking forward to hear from you Thanks!
