Vodafone India — change of name of sim user

I kamala kempanna narewadi of gokak karnataka using [protected] from last 8 years, and myself plus 4 members of family members aadhar, ration card, bank and etc, have registered with same number. Now, last month i have linked sim to my aadhar number. But, 2 or 3 days after by mistake my sim was puk locked.in that time i have contacted ur ministore gokak, it shoked me that, the sim is in the name of others and till date my sim lock is not opened. The mistake o[censored]r distributors of sim seller while updating the name in the website, facing myself the problem. Plz clear the issue as early as possible.
