Vodafone India — Change of tariff plan after recharge | |||
I have done a recharge of Rs342 on 29th April 2017 on mobile number [protected] out of which Vodafone was offering 56 days unlimited calls & 1GB/day data. Now I got a message saying that by 27th May 2017 my pack will be over. How can Vodafone change the tariff plan after completion of recharge? I need an explanation along with 56 days plan. You can suite the case against Vodafone against your issue in Consumer court with all proof which you have. Otherwise file a RTI complaint against TRAI by following link "https://rtionline.gov.in/index.php". They will guide you suitably.
