[Resolved] Vodafone India — Changed my talk plan | |||
This is really very disappointing situation for me. Again Vodafone have broken their customer's trust. How can Vodafone change my plan without informing me again and again???????????????????????????????????????? This is happening 2nd time in this year 2014. In march i got Vodafone's mail about my tariff plan, at that time it was different figures & call rates but i just checked it today. Tariff Plan has been changed without informing me. If Vodafone informed me in advance then i could have been chosen better plan. Although I advised people and my family members to choose Vodafone always but this time I am feeling miserable from this behaviour. This is called "fraud" "cheating" with costumer . I want your help to clarify on this issue from Vodafone's officer. Otherwise i will not pay single penny to Vodafone and I would love to change Vodafone connection asap. I hope it will save my pocket too. Any telecommunication company can not change anybody's tariff plan without informing customer. This is not a good gesture for company's reputation.
