Vodafone India — changing of plan from postpaid to prepaid | |
Sir, i'm the customer of vodafone service using postpaid plan. Now im willing to change from postpaid to prepaid so recently on dec 12 2017 i visited vodafone office which is at anantapur, cleared all my payment also paid extra rs:140 & asked branch officer to change my plan. He replied that he is going to finish this work within a week. But now it has been 15 days&he is such a negligible person still i didn't get any response from him.
