Vodafone India — charged for downloading services which i have never used

Dear Sir / Maidam I Jitendra kumar (my cell no. is [protected]) want to say that vodafone charged me for downloading D2C_ndtv_valuepk_9, Deals_mydala_99, D2c_mydala_99 and myplex_ap_100 services. An amount of Rs. 397.00 charged for downloaded above services which i have never used. Whenever i talked with vodafone custmer care they told me that you can not make any complain regarding this. Hi, I am V.K.Bansal my mobile no. is [protected]. I have complained as follows:

Please refer my trailing mail dt. 21st October, 2014 whereby I had categorically requested for discontinuing inter-net services and had placed my objection for charging an amount of Rs.912.24 for usage of internet service which was never used by me. Vide your mail dt. 23rd October, 14 your company had confirmed having reversed an amount of Rs.500.00 which was duly deducted in the bill for November, 2014.During telephonic conversation your customer care executive had also confirmed having disconnected the internet service on my telephone.

However, to my astonishment I observe that the company has still not discontinued the internet service on my mobile and continuing levying exhorbitant charges in each month. The details of the same is as follows:

Month Usage Charges.
October, 14 0.22 GB Rs.912.24
November, 14 0.11 GB Rs 454.44
December, 14 0.19 GB Rs 803.88

Now would you kindly inform that why the internet service has not so far been discontinued on my telephone and how the contineous billing is made to me without using the service. I may inform you that I have been customer of your company for the last more than 10 years and always making advance payment against my genuine usage.

Since I neither requested for the internet service nor I have used your net service I request for immediate reversal o[censored]nlawful charges of Rs.1670.56 (2170.56-500.00) and discontinuation of internet service from my phone forthwith. In case I do not receive any positive reply from the company I would be constrained to approach TRAI for redressal of my grievance.

The company is unnecessary fleecing the customers by giving two months free internet service.

In Jan-2015 bill, an amount of Rs 562 charged for downloaded above service
which I have never used.
In the last month bill Dec-2014, an amount of Rs 326 charged for downloading

Whenever I talked with Vodafone customer care, they told me that you can not
make any complaint regarding this. You have to pay for this.

I am not going to pay Jan-2015 bill and also will discontinue the Vodafone service.
However, I do assure not to do any such activity neither even visited
such site or clicked pop-ups. It’s just a way of fetching out easy money.

Dear sir I am going to file FIR against Vodafone at our local police station
if the problem is not solved. I am sure that I will also take help of News channel
or news paper or social media so that this fraud will come to know other people.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Same issues happened with me aswell.
I called the customer care, they are telling its the page appears web pages, if the user click that, it will be chargeable.

My Question here is, if its chargeable, why they are not giving any pop-up message caution to the user about the chargeable page.

Very suspicious in Vodafone billing in these days.
