Vodafone India — charges charged without providing service - vodafone | |||
I had a post paid connection with vodafone & the billing was always on the higher side. I was being charged data charges though there was no usage at all. I got fed up with them & since ported to bsnl. Vodafone has now raised a bill of 1206.00 and i have paid the same. This bill too contains a charge of rs. 699/- being some package activation which has never been asked for. I went to the nearest vodafone store & asked for details. They said that the charges were wrongly charged but can't do anything about it as my account is deactivated. I wish to submit that i have been unnecessarily harassed & penalized. Telecom operators like vodafone need to be pulled up. I request you to look into the matter and ensure that the amount wrongly charged is refunded along with damages. The service level at vodafone store basaveshwarnagar bangalore was also hopeless. Was this information helpful? | |||
