Vodafone India — Charges dedcucted for new reason

Ph: [protected] Kerala Rs. 98 deducted from my account for no reason . On contacting the customer care i got know it is for downloading some VAS. I have not opted for any VAS. I believe this has happened before too. Please reverse these charges asap.

How is this possible ? How can someone deduct my balance without my confirmation. Say, I'am using my PC to browse the same links..Will the deduction happen ??

This is just deception. Even if its an external link.. vodafone should have some way to prevent such fraudulent links from deducting charges.
