[Resolved] Vodafone India — charging 1500 saying that called on 51717 | |||
Vodafone has charged me 1500, stating that i have called on 51717. Vodafone is making fool to its customer by charging this much amount to the customer, this is a complete fraud which vodafone is doing in order to make more money. Customers should be aware that mobile service providers are trying to fool us, i want this issue to be resolved & send me the correct bill which contain my rentals, i am not going to pay for the bill which is been additionaly added in my bill. Today I paid bill of rs 800 .Through the official site of Vodafone India. Through a bank of India debit card cum ATM card. However it said that
transaction failed.
Reasone:Do Not Honour . The payment is not done. However my account is debited by rs 800. Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible. Thank you
