[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Charging for unknown/undownloaded things

Hello I am Ravi kumar and my postpaid number is [protected]. This is regarding my last month's(Sept-2014) bill, in the bill i have been charged RS99/- for downloading "hello1_tvallsouth_". But actually i don't know what is this and i have never heard about this and moreover i have never downloaded such things. Need an explanation, why did you charge money for the un downloaded thing? Please do not send me the date and time of download, i have already had a vodafone live chat. Please reduce this amount from my bill. Thanks and Regards, Ravi Kumar Vusa
