Vodafone India — cheating and non transparency for customer

I am vodafone customer from last 8 years. I am using right now rs.346 plan of vodafone for unlimited call and internet. Last moth my plan got expired and i never git any message of renewal of plan. Instead of giving me reminder vodafone deducted rs.450 approx from my account as net charges.

As now my account is left with the nil balance they are giving me reminder of renewal of plan this month as my balance is nil.

They are just cheating customers.

Updated by Rohit Gattani Thee company does not care about customer any more.. recommend to move to some other company.
