Vodafone India — Closure of postpaid connection | |||||
I availed connection in April but due to non availability of service I requested the service provider to close my connection. I visited the store thrice met one of your executive at Vodafone store at Mangal Pande Nagar but I remained unentertained. So I decided not to pay the bill. Thereafter on your executive's call I decided to pay the bill provided connection get closed. They send me an individual who collects unpaid bills and I repaid the bill of Rs 2700 for the month of July. After repaying the bill I destroyed the sim but after 4 months I got a call from [protected] for repayment of bill pertaining to no [protected]. I told him that I have not used the connection for last 5 months still I m getting bill. Being a customer of Vodafone they would have entertained me better rather they are harassing me by telephonic calls. I want this to be resolved sooner. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have been wrongly charged rs 800 saying I dialled 51717 for duration of 23 and 40 mins. I m sure I didn't use this service. Called customer care and they told they can't do anything about it. Going to port for other service provider
