Hi team,
This is to inform you that the outgoing services for my mobile number - [protected] have been barred due to excessive usage over & above the limit of inr 12500.
I had activated international roaming plan (Screen shot attached) of inr 2500 on 11th july 2017 upto 18th july 2017 & the same was confirmed by your customer care representative on 10th july.
Now, when i visited the vodafone store, i was informed that the i was charged for "internet usage" however as per the plan all the services i. E. Incoming, outgoing, internet should have been unlimited, as confirmed on your vodafone app & cce.
I am facing issues since today afternoon as all the services on my number has been barred. I am contacting you as advised by your executive at vodafone store @ ansal plaza - palam vihar, gurgaon.
I am facing trouble in running my day to day business activities due to irresponsible billing & customer care. Appropriate action if not taken at the earliest will force me to switch/change to other network.
Take appropriate action on this issue & have it resolved at the earliest. I have been using this number since past 8 years & have been a loyal customer to the vodafone family. I have no idea as to how this billing has happened although i had taken a plan earlier and confirmed the same.
