I want to register a complaint about the data plan that I am using. I asked for 3g but it sometimes give 2g and sometimes give 3 g. and the speed of 3G is very disgusting. I have registered this complaint earlier also but again facing the problem and you guys are saying to pay the bill. why should I pay the bill when I am not getting that bloody service. it's been 2 days only after my bill generation and I have consumed 270 mb data . it's impossible because I kept my data pack off. I on it only when I need it. but you guys are saying to pay the bill. Plese resolve it. and please send this complaint t o senior management so that they should know what's happening
