Vodafone India — Complaint against wrong billing & resuming of 3G services against phone no. [protected] & misbehaviour by your kolkata vodafone care office

Dear Nodal Officer, With reference to our below E-mails complaints against Phone No. [protected], we have sent mails, telephonic explanations & complaints on helpline also but with surprising inspite of several time explanations about our complaints nobody is taking care of about our complaints but whereas getting the telephonic calls repeatedly from the phone numbers[protected] by the different persons and every time we have explained about our problem but today some person has called from the phone no. [protected] at 01.00 P.M. but the behaviour of the called person was very bad since I have always explained our problem but your Vodafone care at kolkata office always asking for the payments but they have not bothered or having any intentions to resolve the problem. I have explained so many times to your vodafone care of your kolkata office that we are ready to make the payments immediately without any delay but they have to resolve the problem. [protected] using by Jai Govind Gupta since very long time but we would like to inform you that the user has made a request to activate the International Roaming from 25th June 2014 till for next ten days i.e. upto 5th July 2014 and at the same time we have made a pack of saver 599 plan applicable for 10 days to save the higher call charges during the international roaming and at the same time we have requested to hold the services of Internet 3G services till 5th July . But after returning from overseas, the internet 3G services has not been resumed as per continued plan and at the same time when we have asked to resume the services of 3G DATA Internet services on this connection [protected] than we have been asked that you have to reactivate with new Plan and we have shocked and we have made the complaint two time to your Vodafone care phone line but there was no response has been intimated till today. Further we have also made a complaints that as per international roaming charges with saver plan of Rs.599/-, the charges has been charged the different call charges than the call charges was informed us, henceforth the bill amount has not been made. So our claim is to restore the 3G Internet services should be resumed as per previous plan and please check the call charges as charged by you during the international Roaming period, since even two time the complaints has been made to you through online sevices but till today no action has been taken by you and if still you will not take any positive action in this regards, we have find out some strong solution. Hope you will do the needful action accordingly will resume the services as per old plan systems and will check the bills properly and arrange to sent the correct bill. I am Pritam Nandi.Before 3 days I have balance of Rs 89.But now I have only rs 4.In this 3 days I call only 4 to 5 minute.I also have 3G pack.So why my balance was deducted? My no is [protected].I want my balance back.Email [protected]@gmail.com.
I am Somnath Banerjee. I have been reaching out to Vodafone customer care, corporate care multiple times to get the same copy pasted answers without performing any scrutiny or contacting me. All the time they say is that either phone was switched off or not reachable and they tried calling me which is absolutely not acceptable.


Please rectify the bill generated on 1st October 2014 and confirm me. I had been using bundle offer(staring 20th July) from 1st September to 18th September for which I am entitled for 1GB free data usage and from 18th to 30th September, I had taken a data top up for Rs 175 which entitles me for another 1GB usage. So total I am entitled for 2GB of total free data usage, and so I did consume 2.05GB as per your page3 of your bill, then why did not I get discount for 2GB usage and VF mobile connect charges of 1433.82 was charged?

My actual charges should be monthly charges of Rs 233 plus call charges of Rs 39.50 in total Rs 272.50 plus taxes of Rs 33.65 = Rs 306.15 approx. Please reverse the remaining charges and call me to confirm that immediately.
