[protected] is my contact number. I was called to customer care on 06/05/2017, regarding recharge for internet and calling pack and i was also mentioned that i am having 3g supported mobile. Then only they told me to 1 gb daily and unlimited calling pack is 345/-. I was make recharge of rs 345/- on 08/05/2017 and i had get only unlimited calling only.
So, again i was called 08/05/2017 to customer care and call was connected to yogesh who is your staff. And i was explained everything to him he told me that i was texted to customer care to stop my internet facility which i was not did at any time. And he taken my request and told me that my problem will be slotted by 24 hours. And i will get internet benefit also. The request number is [protected] given by yogesh. My problem is not solved after 24 hours also.
Then i called on 09/05/2017 to customer care, my call was connected with pooja who is your staff.
She told me, there is no request received by me and there is no request number is available.
I told her, i had given request on 8/05/2017. Again she taken request and call was auto end. My call was not completed with her. Don't know she was disconnected call or something else.
Kindly take immediate action on this. Give benefit on my recharge of 345/- (1gb daily internet and unlimited call). Otherwise refund my money.
