Dear vodafone, i am highly unsatisfied with the services of your company and your vodafone store. I have visited your store 3 times before today for converting my sim from postpaid to prepaid. But the person told me that there is system problem, so i can't help you. That is ok for me because its a technical problem as told by him. But today when i visited your store, and after waiting half an hour for my turn, he told me that i can't convert your number now. You have to come after completing your bill cycle. He didn't tell me about the same during my previous visits. I have taken leave from my office specially for this work. Your work culture is not appreciable. I am really disappointed with your services. I don't want to continue as a member of your family.
