Vodafone India — Converting prepaid to postpaid

Unfortunately such a pathetic service. This company gives assurance for "Being happy to help" But i am so sorry to say they are not cooperative. I submitted all my documents on moday (22/05/2017) but still my number is under process. Agent collected the documents on minday but informed me that it will get port within 48hrs. But as there was no revert i proactively contacted theContacted customer support multiple times. But they either disconnect the call or put me on long hold.

I even visted the Vodafone store in Vodafone Belvedere tower but the lady out there said that she will not be able to help me.

I asked to refund amount (250), but she said that it's not possible for her to do so as I it's still under process.

Such an irresponsible and worst service.
