[Resolved] Vodafone India — cruel behaviour of collection agent | |||
An agent named bharani of coimbatore whose mobile number is [protected] has used improper words and physically assaulted my father who is 58yrs old on 18/2/15 in our house during an argument about a faulty 3g plan and bill which is stated as Rs.2800 but he had chosen the scheme for Rs.250 .. We had complained about this issue to the customer care and head of collection department but no action has been taken about this issue till now regarding the harrasement Was this information helpful? | |||
