Hi,
I have two numbers [protected] and [protected] both are CUG activated but have been charged for the calls between both (CUG code[protected].
I want these charges to be waived of as soon as possible. As it clearly shows the amount charged between the two.
I have also spoken with you customer care, as per the directions I have sent this email. I need these charges to be waived of.
Immediate action would be appreciated.
I have also attached the screenshots of the two bills with this email.
