I raise a request over Web Chat for activating International Roaming and amount said for 149 and not detailed about IR pack details.
Later my number has been deactivated on 19th November for the reason to pay outstanding amount as i crossed my security limit.
now Rs:05.50 per 10 KB has been charged and total outstanding amount is 13614.44, when i raised a complaint, now the executive has said to me that "Customer Care and Web Chat Support is not there to help customers in detail", i need to visit the Vodafone store all the time.
