Customer care executive (Satish) at the vodefone store kalyannagar behaved very rudely.
Background : my son went to vodafone store in kalyannagar to get postpaid number converted to prepaid. This guy satish was sitting in the bill counter and has given false update without checking if the number can be converted or not and has told to bring the person on whose the number is registered.
I went along with my son and when i came to know that the number can be converted only after 22nd nov. Later on i asked satish why he gave false information for which he became very furious and started arguing in a rowdyism tone and was threating me and my son.
My son doesn't know the process/procedures in the store, is it not the duty of the customer care executive to route him to the concerned person if he is not the right poc.
And almost most of the other executives were supporting him instead of looking into my issue or look at my side of justice.
This is the most horrible experience i have faced in your vodafone outlet. There is no respect for customers/age. It was like i was in standing in between gang of rowdies.
I hope there is immediate action taken against satish who is not suitable to be in place of a customer care representative position which requires lot of patience and knowledge to deals with customers. Was this information helpful? |
