I wanted to bring this into ur notice about ur staff in customer service dept. Recently happened to enquire about linkin aadhar card wit my mob no in d nearest vodafone store which is in chennai nanganallur (1st main road) ur staff workin there doesn't care about customers at all, they don't respond, they made me wait fr an hour for just enquiry and they were rude, couldn see their ids to mention their name. I was so much frustrated and if ppl like this are your staff then i'm sorry everyone wil b switchin from vodafone to other networks. Staffs who are not interested to serve a customer should b sacked and don't kno for wat purpose they r working. Take necessary action otherwise ppl wil no longer use vodafone.
