Vodafone India — d2c mazaa 149 and d2c_mydala_99 charged without consent | |||
Bill No : [protected] I got charged Rs. 248 for Surprise 'Value Added Services' I am well educated about how mobile works. I never clicked on any third party link nor download anything. I got bill for following services which don’t even make sense from their names. Executives couldn’t explain what I was charged for. Details are as follows: d2c_mazaa_149 and d2c_mydala_99 Tried to complain by calling care, but Executives put call on waiting for more than 30 min two times before I disconnected. When asked to talk with seniors, the call was again put on hold. It is a humble request to Vodafone to come clean on this and explain me what’s needs to be done. Because of you guys I have to skip my 2 days meal to make up for money and trust me when I say that. It is sad but there are multiple complaints on consumer forum about the same.
