Vodafone India — Data breach and invalid charges for data | |||||
Hi I came on Live Chat option on 16.5.17 via app to make a complaint regarding the unbilled charges for data as i get 8gb data and still data usage was left and its showing a charge of Rs 190 currently which similarly happens in April and after highlighting this same via Live Chat got the credit, however this time when I had highlighted this issue the representative rejects and and did not applied the credit so without getting any help i Requested to transfer the chat to manager and even the manager was unhelpful and on top of they were sharing my account charges without verifying my account details. So i have lost the trust and i thinng my card details and my account details are not safe and even though after sharing the chat transcript on FB on 16.5.17 i did not received any help as of now. So it seems that in India we are helpless as we don"t have any legal body like Ofcom so if I don't get any help I will escalate this to Vodafone abroad as well take legal action Was this information helpful? | |||||
