Vodafone India — data charges on international roaming | |||||
I am frequent travel to australia & singapore & activated the international roaming in august 17 to keep my mobile phone active. I got a message on 22-08 that i have crossed my limit of rs 4800.00. Thereafter another message indicated from vodafone that amount is rs 7100.00. Thereafter i have removed the sim & did not use this no after 22.08.17. Now my phone is barred for calling & it was informed that unbilled amount is rs 44000.00. My credit limit is just rs 4800.00 hence even i have used the mobile phone, that why services were not stopped after crossing the credit limits. It is clear case of cheating on behalf of vodafone. It is very strange this time. It seems that vodafone's system has billed me wrong. Was this information helpful? | |||||
