I had been billed for a 5gb data plan
On my account. 650 rupees per month vodafone cannot provide any proof that i activated the plan on the 18th of october. I was not in india at the time - passport exit stamp from mumbai csi immigration proves this. The vodafone customer services have no service request or email to prove i activated the plan. It is clearly a mistake by their marketing team.
Yet customer services is refusing to refund the billed amount. I have made repeated requests to deactivate the plan in the time i was being billed but these were ignored. Being an nri i had to call customer services via the international number.
The plan was deactivated only just deactivated but vodafone mumbai is refusing to refund the amount. Was this information helpful? |
