[Resolved] Vodafone India — Data Plan Deactivation | |||
Hello, I am Jayesh Choudhary. - [protected] I just recharged my vodafone card today for a data plan of Rs.198. And After half and hour It just got deactivated. After Speaking to customer care They say that I requested a new data plan so my plan got deactivated. But I cant see any new plan on my card. On telling this to customer care senior executive, the only replied i got a 100 times is "we cant do Anything". I want my complaint to be resolved as soon as possible. They had the amount refunded to my vodafone account. I had been contacted by the supervisor and solved my problem. My request to vodafone is this should not happen again.
