Vodafone India — Data plan not updated - getting data notifications that's not used | |||||
I'm vodafone's customer for more than 11 years. I’m noticing my data plan is not updated this time. My billing cycle is 20th of every month and i’m getting repeated notifications for data used. Could you please check and update.in addition, its just 3 days of billing cycle and i don’t think i have used 1.5gb!!!. I use a red plan for 3gb. The hard part is that i have called in the customer care twice, but no one is able to help me! This morning i'm getting repeated messages for data usage that i haven't. Whats happening?
