[Resolved] Vodafone India — Data Usage Charges Levied for mistake on part of Vodafone | |||
This is to inform you that I had raised a complain with Vodafone on 28th June 2014 (Mobile No. [protected]), that their representative has taken a request to change my plan by providing wrong information about the plan. Several calls to vodafone care were made and i was informed that I can't be reverted back to my original plans as the same was a non-marketable plan. But on 11th July, Vodafone agreed to the mistake on it's part and reverted back my rental plan. However, while doing the same they didn't restore back by internet pack. When I received the bill for the month I discovered that I have been charged nearly Rs. 1945 towards data usage as the data plan was not activated from 11th July (date from which Vodafone restored my old rental plan). This is to inform you that I have been using Vodafone connection for last two years and have always used data plan. Would request to reverse the data charges levied because of non-activation of plan (from 11th July till date) due to the error from vodafone executive Was this information helpful? | |||

They have reversed the excess charges of data usage after I had taken up the matter with the nodal officer. The same would be reflected in the next bill. Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
